The grand finale of the Tour de Ski, with the legendary climb up the Alpe Cermis. Cross-country skiers at their limit on a wall that decides the standings.

Val di Fiemme closes the Tour de Ski, the great cross-country skiing tour, every year with the Final Climb up the Alpe Cermis. It is the only venue to have hosted every edition of the event without interruption.

The 2027 edition is scheduled for 8, 9 and 10 January. The program starts with the skiathlon at the Lago di Tesero cross-country stadium, continues with the free technique sprint and ends with the very tough final climb up the Cermis.

The Final Climb is a mass start in free technique along the Cermis alpine ski slope. An extreme test of endurance and strategy, where the skiers climb a very steep wall up to the finish that crowns the winners.
