The Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm) is the largest high-altitude plateau in Europe, a sea of meadows between 1,680 and 2,350 metres below the Sciliar and the Denti di Terrarossa. You go up by cable car from Siusi or by bus, because the road is closed to private traffic from 9 am to 5 pm.
