Passo Gardena (2,121 m) links Selva di Val Gardena with Corvara in Alta Badia, running alongside the spectacular eastern cliffs of the Sella Group.
It is a stage on the Sellaronda and the departure point for the Tridentina via ferrata and for hikes towards Rifugio Pisciadù.
Compared with the neighbouring passes, Passo Gardena has a more intimate atmosphere: broad meadows fill with hikers in summer and become a playground for skiers and snowshoers in winter. Its proximity to Selva and Colfosco makes it one of the easiest passes to reach for a quick scenic excursion.
